Through the National Literacy Directory's Innovation Grant, three adult educators have been selected to attend the 2019 COABE Conference in New Orleans (Mar. 31—Apr. 3).
115 adult educators applied for the opportunity to represent their organizations, learn innovative strategies, and connect with organizations nationwide. Narrowing this high number of deserving organizations to attend was no easy task. The NLD is pleased to announce the following grant winners: Amanda Blount, The Literacy Center (Attleboro, MA); Meg Eubank, Welcoming the Stranger (Langhorne, PA); and Gregory Hastings, Wellspring Multi-Service Center (Hull, MA).
